|And Drake cracks up...|
According to TMZ.com:
Drake spends over $30,000 per month on expensive stylists -- whom he also flies around the country -- plus thousands upon thousands more on clothing and jewelry ... and now the mounting bills are biting him in the ass.
A stylist formerly employed by the rapper has filed a lawsuit against Drake, claiming Drake owes him $76,490 as of December 2012 ... including consulting services, hotel bills, plane tickets, and endless shopping expenses.
The stylist Michael Raphael says Drake hired him in August 2012 for consulting services at a monthly rate of $39,583 -- services that include styling, clothing and graphic design for Drake's company OVO, brand direction, photography, etc.
According to the lawsuit, the wages do NOT cover the exorbitant expenses Raphael also incurred on Drake's behalf -- dropping stacks at stores like Nike, Diesel, American Rag, and countless boutiques ... plus insane travel expenses (SLS hotel, anyone?).
Raphael even includes a bunch of receipts to show just how much he spent -- one Nike receipt was for $1,162, one for Diesel was $1,483, $714 at American Rag, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Raphael claims Drake faithfully paid his bills from August to November last year, but suddenly stopped paying in December -- a month where Raphael racked up nearly $40,000 in shopping and other expenses on top of his monthly salary ... for a total of $76,490.
Raphael is now suing Drake for the full amount.
Now... We all know this is a mothaLovin' LIE!! Drake ain't neva been seen styled up. In case you need a reminder:
Drake.. Don't let 'em get you like dat, boo. Don't let nobody "STYLE" you and charge ridiculous amounts for you to leave your comfy home lookin' how you be lookin' and/or let anybody try to stick you for 76 large when they ain't render NO services or gave fucked up services. (kay..kay..)

O.M.Geeee!!! Funky Dineva always hits it right on! R&B Divas LA is a mess! Specifically, Ms. Kelly Price. Her attitude on this show is too shitty. And it's really taken me aback. At first I thought that maybe she'd been coached to act in the manner that she has been acting on the show: Very confrontational and condescending towards the other ladies. I truly refused to believe this is the real Ms. Kelly Price, but as the episodes go along I am really wondering. (Kelly.. Is that really you??)
Funky Dineva gives his opinion on Kelly's attitude and delusions of grandeur as well as Claudette Ortiz's nice LA home (which is a rental I think the show has provided for her) , Chante's breast and back-down-to-the-crack showcasing dress while performing in a church and Dawn with her craziness.
Dineva's opinions mirror those of my own and probably the entire viewing audience of R&B Divas LA. Check it out. The laughs won't stop.
..And has anyone else noticed how tired these ladies' hair be on this damn show?! Lil Mo and Claudette are the only two that seem to keep it together. These other ladies... Maybe it's the age, but they don't be carin'!
"Don't Make Me Over" by the 90's singer, Sybil, has been on my mind so bad lately that I just purchased it on iTunes (Click Here To Buy). I then tried to upload the song to my Soundcloud account and found that it's a no-no. (Copyright laws) Even with the function to download disabled and the link to purchase the song on iTunes.
A YouTube user uploaded the content and it's the best I can provide for y'all. Enjoy a taste of the 90's:

There were 36 people staying in the buildings that had succumbed to the sinkhole. All were accounted for and there have been no injuries reported.
Can you imagine experiencing this while on vacation?! I'd be traumatized for life!
Frank Reginald "Reggie" Brown has made claims that he was the mastermind behind the idea of a disappearing photo sharing app named Picaboo; now known as Snapchat, the widely popular and successful $800 million app.
Reggie seeks $267 million as his fair share from Snapchat's current worth and provides proof in the form of emails and texts to support his claim.
From Daily Mail:
Reggie Brown says newly released evidence proves why he's called ‘The Third Winkelvoss’ in the lawsuit worth $267 million against Snapchat, a photo sharing app he says he thought up before friends shut him out.
Now the company is worth $800 million and while Brown's former Stanford classmates and Snapchat founders Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy admit he first came up with the idea, they say he had no part in creating the massively popular company.
Photos of the trio together, emails, and text message exchanges are all proof, Brown claims, that he deserves hundreds of millions.
Brown, 23, alleges that he came up with the concept before going to Spiegel, who called it a ‘million-dollar idea’.
They supposedly agreed to work together and looked for somebody to write the code, so chose Murphy.
The trio moved into Spiegel’s father’s house in Los Angeles where they worked on the app in the summer of 2011, the lawsuit states.
Brown claims he came up with the ghost logo and the original name, Picaboo, which the trio used in the launch of July that year.
The following month however they had a falling out and the lawsuit states that Brown was locked out and the other two refused to talk to him.
The falling out took place in August. In September, Snapchat was launched.
Two texts included in Reggie's evidence for his $267 million suit against the (other) two owners of Snapchat:

AOL's CEO, Tim Armstrong, Fired His Creative Director While On A Conference Call With 1,000 Employees!!
A long silence follows the CEO's last word spoken to Lenz, (which happens to be "Out!") before the conference call continued. Check out audio from that call:
Firing begins around the 2:00 mark
The employee that Armstrong fired is Abel Lenz, Patch's creative director, according to Romanesko, who broke news of the call.
When Romenesko tweeted at Lenz on Saturday for a comment on the firing, Lenz replied: 'I appreciate the interest Jim, but I have nothing to share. Go Patch!'
Several hours later, Lenz tweeted to no one in particular, 'No comment,' and attached a photo from inside Old Town Bar in Manhattan.
According to Patch employees, Lenz often snapped pictures during conference calls and staff meetings and would later post them to the company's internal website.
The conference call, held one day after AOL announced major cutbacks at Patch, was meant to boost morale for the employees remaining with the news organization.
Armstrong assured the employees on the call that AOL is still committed to Patch's success and asked anyone who does not believe him to leave their jobs.
'If you don’t use Patch as a product and you’re not invested in Patch, you owe it to everybody else at Patch to leave,' he said. 'If you think what’s going on right now is a joke, and you want to joke around about it, you should pick your stuff up and leave Patch today.'
Armstrong also complained about leaks to the press, saying they won't change the direction that Patch is going.
'I don’t care what the press says, I don’t care if people leak information... I also want to clear up the fact that leaking information or anything around Patch isn’t going to bother me, doesn’t bother me. I’m not changing direction.
'When you hear about what we’re doing at Patch it’s very serious and it’s very forward-thinking and anything that happens around Patch isn’t going to change that direction.'
Several minutes after firing Lenz, however, Armstrong indicated that he does, indeed, care about leaks.
He said leaks were making Patch seem like 'loser-ville' in the press, according to Business Insider.
He said, 'That's why Abel was fired.'
'We can't have people that are in the locker room giving the game plan away.'

Facebook Crazies: Miami Man Kills His Wife & Posts A Picture of Her Bloodied Body Along With A Confessional Status!!!
From Huffington Post:
According to an arrest affidavit by Miami-Dade Police, Medina told investigators he and Alfonso had a verbal dispute around 10:00 a.m., during which he grabbed a gun from a closet and pointed it at his wife. She reportedly told Medina she was leaving him before the dispute moved downstairs.
There, Medina told police, Alfonso began punching him. He retrieved the gun from upstairs and again confronted his wife, prompting her to pick up a knife. He told detectives that when he took the knife away, his wife began hitting him again, at which point he shot her several times.
After first changing his clothes and making contact with relatives, according to investigators, Medina drove to the South Miami Police Department and turned himself in.
When officers responded to the home, they found Alfonso dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
They also found her 10-year-old daughter upstairs, physically unharmed. She was removed from the house covered in a blanket, according to WSVN.
Miami New Times reports Medina has authored a number of self-help e-books, including one titled "How I Saved Someone's Life and Marriage and Family Problems Thru Communication."
A neighbor told NBC6 that Medina "walks around with a concealed gun, so he tries to be the neighborhood watchguy."
"He's always there late night and he's weird to me," said Yoshi Dade. "He's always kind of looking around and trying to be a hero."
Medina's father told WSVN that the couple had a troubled relationship, and had remarried last year after previously getting a divorce.
Incredibly, Medina's grisly posts remained published on Facebook until just before 5 p.m. Thursday, when they appeared to have been removed.
"The content was reported to us," a Facebook spokeswoman told The Associated Press. "We took action on the profile -- removing the content and disabling the profile, and we reached out to law enforcement. We take action on all content that violates our terms, which are clearly laid out on our site."
This is a special level of all-inclusive CRAZY!! To kill your spouse and upload a picture and confession to a social media site is just.... (wow)
And that story he reportedly told of a morning argument and him pulling a gun on her and the argument moving to a different location in the house and him then going to get the gun once again... Wait... What?!! Point blank: Medina killed his wife in coldblood. And in all likelihood, in front of her 10 year old child.

CNN has posted a news clip to Youtube of an alarming criminal trend happening in the streets of South America: Women (who dare to wear their hair down) are being accosted and robbed of their locks!!
Local authorities are certain that the hair is being turned for a 100% profit by the thieves who are most likely selling the hair to be turned into the amazingly transformative wigs and weaves that the majority of us ladies (of all races and backgrounds) love.
..And it don't get no realer than that!
My word of advice to my chicas way down south is to roam in packs or stay strapped.. o.O

Peter Hendy, a 33 year old resident of Northeast D.C, has been charged with the death of his girlfriend's 4-year old son, Kamari Zavon Taylor. On Monday, August 5th, Hendy was left alone to supervise the child while the boy's mother was at work. Reportedly, Hendy called the mother throughout the day to complain of the child's "bad" behavior and make her aware that he had delivered punishment.
Hendy has described that punishment as: "A body shot, but not hard." However hard he believed the punishment to be (or not), young Kamari's liver was actually severed into 3 and his life came to an abrupt end following Hendy's actions.
From ABC-7 News:
MPD officials have charged Peter Hendy with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Kamari Zavon Taylor, who was found unconscious and later died on Monday afternoon.
Kamari’s grandmother Azalea Taylor waited at a DC Superior Court on Wednesday. It was the first time she or Kamari’s father even laid eyes on 33-year-old Hendy.
"Kamari's a sweet little boy," said Taylor. "He's a lovable, sweet little boy." And regarding Hendy: "This is the person who murdered by grandbaby...And that's a poor excuse for a man. He's a coward."
Authorities not only allege that Kamari died as a result of injuries at the hands of Hendy, but that the suspect ignored obvious signs of the boy's injuries; instead, he left the boy alone to go sell marijuana.
According to a police report released Wednesday, Hendy, who lived with Kamari and his mother near 56th Street and Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue in Northeast, told police after calling 911 that he had "hit" the boy.
Police believe that after Kamari's mother went to work on Monday morning, Hendy called her several times to tell her that he was forced to discipline her son.
According to police, Hendy was upset that Kamari rode his scooter too far from home, after which the boy allegedly told the suspect, "I don't have to listen to you...you're not my daddy." In response, police say Hendy punched the boy twice in the abdomen, then let him ride off again.
About 45 minutes later, police say Kamari returned home profusely sweating and shaking. He also had severe bruising on his midsection.
Hendy then put the boy to bed, gave him some water, then went outside to sell marijuana, police say. He came back an hour later to find Kamari with a "blank look" on his face, but went back outside to sell more pot in lieu of helping the boy.
When Hendy finally returned to check on the boy again, he was already unconscious, police say.
The medical examiner determined Hendy’s story could not be accurate due to an autopsy that showed that the child was hit so hard his liver was torn into three pieces. This is yet another sad and sickening story of child abuse that ends with the loss of that child. Parents must be careful of who they leave their children with. Some people will trust their kids with folks they wouldn't even trust to hold their car or favorite pair of shoes. Not saying that is the case here. But overall, kids need protection. As parents, there needs to more discretion in the company kept when your child is involved.
